Paperless Closer is a web-based portal that can be utilized to enter new orders, access status, communicate with each or all business partners in the transaction, submit documents for approval, view status of tasks, and to provide 24 x 7 access to the real estate transaction. Our goal in implementing Paperless Closer is to provide unequalled title services in our region by allowing our customers the ability to obtain their title information in whatever format they decide is best for them. Some users prefer the internet, others may prefer to fax information, either way, we are ready for you! The best part of Paperless Closer - it's absolutely free to our customers!
"Closing Market is a digital platform that allows participants to order, exchange, and market products and services required in the Real Estate Closing process. By connecting people through software integration this Business to Business service portal provides business partners with a central communication point to exchange ata, collaborate throughout the closing, and manage the settlement work-flow."* Closing Market is a direct interface with the lenders software. The lender can place orders directly from Calyx Point or Encompass Loan Origination software systems, without leaving their familiar screens. They also receive their title work & other documents directly back into their system, without any other interface. ClosingMarket capability is already available to any Encompass user through integration with Ellie Mae's ePASS system. Calyx Point users will be required to install a small integration utility to gain access to Closing Market.

4 Simple Suggestions for Selling Your Home

- Smells can get a negative response for potential buyers. If you have cats make sure their litter boxes and surrounding areas are clean. Perhaps limit your pets access to certain rooms while showing the home. If you are a smoker, it would be best to start puffing outside.
