A Light at the End of the Tunnel

In this uncertain economy, a positive outlook is like a breath of fresh air. H.B. Wilkinson Title Company has felt the effects of this recession, along with everyone else in our industry. But for all of the negative, there are predictions of a brighter future and it is not as far off as one would think. Mortgage rates are at record lows and some believe that 2009 will be one of the top five best years in history for the housing market. We also can be thankful that we are not on the East or West coast. The Midwest has not seen the numbers of unemployed and foreclosed home as the rest of the country. Now is also not the time to stop marketing yourself - now is the most important time to get your product out there. Instead of waiting for someone to call, call your customers. Get out in your community and volunteer. You can be seen and heard without spending a lot of money. That light at the end of the tunnel is not a train and if it is, you may as well hop on and enjoy the ride to a better financial future.
